'I was doing a bigger painting in Richmond and I kept really loving this little gate. So one day I bought a tiny canvas, I did go back two or three times even though it’s really small, it’s quite detailed. It’s so tiny, I just wanted to do the gate. It’s funny because the graffiti says ‘RP’ and I’m an RP, but that was really there!'
