Chris Beetles Gallery invites you to Louis Wain & the Cat Show, our annual celebration of the very best of cat art.

Central to the exhibition will be 24 previously unseen works by Louis Wain, whose popularity and reputation continues to soar following the release of the 2021 film The Electrical Life of Louis Wain, starring Benedict Cumberbatch.

The show will also feature the final artworks from the family archive of Susan Herbert, in addition to 4 pictures recently acquired from a private collection, brand new watercolours by gallery favourites Lesley Fotherby and Geraldine Girvan, and 12 beautiful works by Lesley Anne Ivory, that have been unseen for almost 10 years.
